Product Information

In test after test around the world, no anchor has set faster or has matched the holding power of the Fortress. Fortress anchors are manufactured from a hardened Aluminium Magnesium Alloy, making them stronger and lighter than competitive steel anchors. It is the only anchor that is Type Approved by the American Bureau of Shipping (ABS).

Precision-machined from an aluminium alloy that is as strong as steel, but only half the weight. This means it is easy to manage weight, is rustproof, is sharper than heavy, dull-edged steel anchors and will set faster and penetrate deeper into common sea bottoms for incredible holding power. It can also be disassembled, so the Fortress is excellent as a spare or storm anchor and is easy to store.
