Poor Delivery

So I still don't have them. Posted Royal Mail second tracked. Why? We all know that's a rubbish not really tracked service. I'm told to wait - no good for me I need to fit them. That's not customer service. Send a replacement, postage should not be the customers issue.

I apologise for the delay to your order. We send small items in the post to keep shipping costs down for our customers. We send many items this way and have very few problems. We dispatched your order the day you placed it, but occasionally items get lost which is beyond our control. When you emailed for your update we responded promptly and asked if you wouldn't mind waiting to see if your order arrived for a few more days. You did not respond to this email. Had you said you were in a hurry for the items we would of course have sent you a replacement on a faster service. I will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you today.
